At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we’re looking for an Associate Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Strategy team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll support our European Sales and Customer Success teams by driving upsell, cross-sell, and customer engagement initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
You’ll work in a cross-functional environment where your insights will help shape customer segmentation, optimize marketing tactics, and contribute directly to our revenue growth. Your Day-to-Day:
You will be responsible to define and implement part of the marketing strategy:
Define the right proposition per type of customer segment
Detect the most relevant types of customer upsell, churn prevention and re-activation, and implement tactics as levers to enhance them.
Define the customer segmentation per stage of the customer lifecycle, implemented in Salesforce, and engage customer-facing teams to use that
Guide the implementation of e-mail marketing campaigns for internal, channel and customers
Be able to measure and re-define the strategy based on results
You will be part a cross functional team to try to reach our customer revenue targets
What you bring to the table:
There is no set route to become part of Bridgestone Mobility Solutions. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
Experience in a similar project, ideally in Multinational environment
Business or Economics degree, including marketing
Experience in Upsell Marketing, Customer Value Management, CRM
Business & Commercial focus.
Determination to propose and implement changes based on reasoned assessments.
2+ years of experience in a similar position.
Expert in e-mail Marketing (Pardot and / or Eloqua), Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce (company CRM) is a plus.
Ready to cover a temporary freelance vacancy (around 6 months).
Soft Skills
Keen eye for detail and passion for data/reporting integrity.
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
