Title: Sr Product Manager – 4DXOS Platform Modernization (3-Month Project)
Payroll Title: Sr. Product Manager
Division & Department: Corporate Product & Platform
Status: 3 months Temporary Full-Time (with possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP – late May
Reports to: EVP of Product, FranklinCovey
Location: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous United States
Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this role is approx. $37,500 - 43,750 base salary for the 3-month term (equivalent to approx. $150-175k* in an annual base salary).

As we evolve the platform for greater scalability, usability, and client impact, we’re seeking a Product Manager to help lead this key modernization initiative.

Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to own and lead a 3-month modernization sprint of the 4DXOS platform. This person will drive cross-functional alignment, manage day-to-day product decisions, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and technical updates that elevate platform usability, support localization, and drive client adoption.

Essential Job Functions

  • Platform Planning & Execution
    • Translate the existing roadmap into a detailed project execution plan.
    • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to scope and deliver key UX and back-end enhancements.
    • Own sprint planning, grooming, and delivery cadence.
  • Stakeholder Alignment
    • Serve as the product lead with internal stakeholders (4DX Practice Leaders, Implementation, Field Enablement, and Client Success).
    • Consolidate and prioritize feedback from internal users and clients.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executive sponsors.
  • Feature Leadership
    • Drive improvements aligned to known priorities from roadmap artifacts, including:
      • Improved usability and learner navigation
      • Localization support for global users
    • Enhanced data security and access control
    • Content management and WIG session support updates
  • Metrics & Impact
    • Define and report on short-term success metrics.
    • Conduct light research and feedback sessions to validate product improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success).

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working as a product manager in enterprise SaaS or learning platform environments.
  • Track record of shipping software updates on tight timelines
  • Familiarity with Agile development and tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who excels at stakeholder alignment
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently on a high-priority initiative
  • Understands the “why” behind user experience feedback and can prioritize trade-offs accordingly

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with FranklinCovey’s 4 Disciplines of Execution or broader performance improvement solutions
  • Experience working in a consulting, education, or learning technology company
  • Exposure to localization projects and accessibility standards
