We are seeking enthusiastic & motivated trainer to educate customers on the MyCase & LawPay platforms. Trainers will:

  • Develop curriculum & content to turn our customers into confident users of our platforms & reduce their time to value. 
  • Provide best practices, resources, and expert advice on how to successfully use the platforms & effectively run their practice. 
  • Utilize Zoom, Salesforce & Calendly to host & track impactful customer interactions both one on one and one to many. 

Successful trainers will be excellent communicators, product experts, and have a keen eye when building training content that will take complex subjects & make them understandable for our customer base. Effective trainers will be patient & approach each customer with an open mind & empathy as they may be learning about our software for the first time. 

Our goal is to educate our customers while meeting them where they are in their software adoption journey & support them as they navigate our platform. We will drive product adoption, build trust, and turn our customers into product champions!

What You'll Do

  • Create training curriculum & materials to use for customer training
  • Execute interactive one on one & one to many trainings with customers
  • Offer training calendar with 4-7 30/60 minute sessions per day for customers
  • Continue personal product education as new features & functions are added 
  • Update training content as the products evolve to share with customers 
  • Track training sessions in Salesforce to provide 360 view of customer training journey
  • Share customer feedback in appropriate internal channels 
  • Escalate churn risk firms to their Sales/Onboarding representatives to mitigate churn
  • Send CSAT surveys after each interaction & maintain high scores
  • Observe & share effectiveness of training with Director 
  • Share ways to better serve our customers, improve processes & find efficiencies

About You

  • 1-2 years SaaS customer experience
  • Working knowledge of MyCase and/or LawPay platforms
  • Experience creating course curriculum or content is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Zoom, Google Drive, Calendly, MS Office, Slack
  • Outstanding communication skills & comfortable speaking one on one or one to many 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
