Job Title:  Operations Assistant -- Learner Support Team (LST)

Duration: 10 weeks 

Location: Remote

Pay:  $23.00 per hour

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to support ongoing projects within our Learner Support Team (LST). This role will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, resource development, and team collaboration. The assistant will report directly to the Senior Manager of Learner Support Operations and assist in various initiatives aimed at enhancing our internal capacity, with a specific focus on supporting our Financial Coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Capacity Support for Financial Coaches: Provide administrative and operational assistance to financial coaches by:

  • Managing and organizing coaching materials and resources
  • Preparing documentation for financial coaching sessions
  • Assisting with follow-up communications and resource distribution
  • Supporting the development of financial literacy materials

Data Management and Operational Support:

  • Maintain comprehensive tracking systems for team activities and outcomes
  • Assist with data entry, verification, and organization
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators
  • Support document management and filing systems
  • Help streamline operational workflows and processes
  • Coordinate technology and resource needs for the team

Intern Onboarding Support for Fall 2025:

  • Assist in preparing orientation materials for incoming interns
  • Support the coordination of training schedules and resources
  • Help organize documentation for onboarding processes
  • Contribute to developing training modules and resources
  • Assist with logistical arrangements for orientation sessions
  • Support communication between university partners and the LST team

Qualifications

  • MSW intern who has demonstrated excellence during their academic year internship with our organization
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Interest in project management, resource development, and educational support
  • Basic data management and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
