Seer is a remote first agency and
Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office, Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.
The Role:
As Seer’s founding Senior Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of Seer’s growth—owning the hunt for new business and building lasting relationships with enterprise prospects. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles with confidence, from first outreach to final signature, laser-focused on net new logos, while positioning Seer as a strategic partner that drives meaningful business outcomes. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves the chase, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to turn opportunity into closed revenue.
Role Highlights:
📈 Pipeline Generation
You’ll proactively identify, target, and engage high-value accounts—using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI prospecting platforms to spark interest and build relationships. You’ll build and maintain relationship maps that help you navigate complex org structures and engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. Through your curated network and strong consultative, value-add strategic approach to building relationships you will fill your funnel with qualified leads that align with Seer’s ICP—and you’ll be expected to maintain at least 3x pipeline coverage to hit revenue goals with confidence.
🤝 Sales Execution
You’ll run the full sales cycle like a pro—from first discovery to final signature. That means guiding strategic conversations, aligning stakeholders, building custom proposals, and handling objections with confidence. You’ll also build strong internal relationships, knowing when and how to bring in Seer’s subject matter experts across SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, Creative and AI to elevate your pitches and drive strategic alignment. You’ll help prospects see Seer not as a vendor, but as an extension of their team.
💰 Revenue & Forecast Management
You’ll own a $3M annual net new business quota, with clear accountability for deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene. You’ll know how to move deals forward efficiently without compromising on fit or value. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs, strong onboarding, and long-term client success.
🎤 Brand & Market Presence
You’ll represent Seer out in the wild—on calls, on panels, at conferences, or in client activations—bringing thought leadership around digital marketing, AI trends, SEO, paid media, creative and analytics. You’ll use what you learn in-market to bring fresh insights back into the sales process and contribute to strategic positioning.
🧠 Essential Skills5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing six figure+ dealsDigital marketing fluency required—you understand SEO, paid media, analytics, creative and AI, and know how to translate those capabilities into business outcomesAgency experience strongly preferred, especially if you’ve sold services in a consultative or project-based environmentDemonstrated success selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations, including the ability to engage senior leaders and C-suite stakeholdersProven track record of sourcing and closing at least $3M in net-new annual revenue, ideally through a mix of outbound, relationship-driven, and strategic sales effortsProficient in prospecting tools and sales platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and AI-powered enablement toolsStrategic sales approach—you build custom solutions, multithread across complex orgs, and guide consultative conversations that align to big-picture goalsDisciplined with deal velocity and forecasting—you keep your CRM clean, your forecast accurate, and your sales motion efficientCollaborative and resourceful—you build strong internal relationships to bring in subject matter experts and elevate your pitches✅ What Success Looks Like After 90 DaysYou've already begun to build a healthy pipeline with 1x coverage against your quarterly quota, primarily through outbound and early stage relationship buildingYou’ve conducted 10 discovery calls with enterprise prospects, successfully driving several into mid-funnel stages with tailored proposals or next-step alignment.You’ve mapped key internal relationships at Seer, building trust with subject matter experts across divisions and collaborating on at least one multi-stakeholder pitch.You’ve demonstrated strong CRM discipline, maintaining accurate pipeline data and a reliable forecast that reflects real deal velocity and progress.You’ve immersed yourself in Seer’s positioning and value props, confidently communicating our digital marketing, AI, and analytics capabilities in early prospect conversations.
