JOB BRIEF

We are seeking an Intern to join GreenSlate’s IT HelpDesk team. If you are the type of person who thrives when faced with challenges, isn't phased by a fast pace of change, and are willing to learn new skills and techniques then you'll fit right in. As an IT HelpDesk Intern, you will be responsible for supporting and improving the technical experience of our employees.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled at a recognized US post-secondary institution in an Information Technology-related program, with an academic average of B (80%) or higher within the program
  • Hands-on experience with both Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence tools
  • Experience with cloud hosting environments (including AWS and Microsoft Azure) is an asset
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work in an inclusive and collaborative team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer service-focused attitude

Salary Range: $14-15/hr
