Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to identify and nurture potential client relationships
  • Handle VoIP helpdesk tickets and maintain professional email communication
  • Oversee critical business operations including bill payments and deadline tracking
  • Process customer orders through established systems
  • Maintain and organize multi-platform login credentials
  • Provide operational backup support during team absences
  • Monitor and track month-end targets and key business metrics
  • Coordinate team commitments and maintain efficient workflow
