About The Role

We are currently seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead projects in the U.S. market with a strong understanding of delivering technology solutions in the Retail vertical. As we expand the x-hoppers solution, we are looking for a motivated individual to assist our partners in rolling out x-hoppers solutions and manage the installation process from pre- to post-sales.




What You Will Do…

  • Engage closely with key technical partners on high-priority projects, ensuring smooth delivery while maintaining transparency and visibility.
  • Work alongside the Delivery Lead and other stakeholders to clarify project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams, including developers, product owners, and architects, to streamline planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Organize and lead meetings with tech partners, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and collaborate with the Delivery Lead to devise and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and innovative work culture that emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring communication is timely and effective to manage expectations and strengthen partnerships.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and practices, contributing to the team's growth and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in delivery management, enriching the team's knowledge base.


What You Will Bring…

  • Skills in managing multiple third-party engagements across diverse projects.
  • Proficient in traditional and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communicator, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced in software and firmware lifecycles, including release processes.
  • Proven flexibility in addressing challenges and contributing to problem resolution.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and improvement.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
