Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer, who brings 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development. The ideal candidate must be a strong technical leader capable of defining tasks, breaking down work, and leading by example. This is a remote opportunity with immediate interviews and an expected start within 1 week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of frontend solutions using Blazor.
• Work with PostgreSQL as the primary database – writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable development tasks and delegate as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning and execution.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong expertise in Blazor for frontend development.
• Proven experience working with PostgreSQL in production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and break down tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to start within 1 week of selection.
• Must be available for immediate interviews.
