JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mandatory Skills:

Python
Language Model (OpenAI is primary)
Prompting
Azure – AI Services, Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI, AI Search
Backend – not a ton of front-end
MongoDB
Some GenAI experience would be good
Applied AI—not Data Scientists—people that have deployed into production
These candidates need to have strong AI engineering background using Python and have applied understanding of using Machine Learning / Data Science without disruption over the past 5 years.
Good understanding of how to measure Client model performance (precision/recall). Azure is a must.
Ideal candidates have experience with some or all - Azure Machine Learning studio, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/ChatGPT3+, Text Analytics / Text Analytics for Health, BERT, document page classification, knowledge mining, Client pipelines
They should have some sort of Cognitive Services, ideally Azure Cognitive Services (if they don’t have experience with Azure Cognitive Services, they should still have experience with Azure).
The more full-stack skills this person has the better.
They should be good with Python and ideally React as there will be some UI Development in React.
If they can’t find these skills all in one person, then they will need the incubation team as a whole to have both AI Engineer and Front End skills with experience in Azure.
People need to be independent and have soft skills which can work closely with business stakeholders as this is an early incubation pod.

Recent experience in required skills (Azure should be in current job)
Not really looking for Data Scientists; these will be Developer/Programmers/Engineer where Python is their primary Programming skills
Good educational background (must have education on resume)
