The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for supporting and driving digital campaigns and marketing tactics that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads across Skillable's go-to-market segments. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to help bring to life data-driven strategies designed to attract and convert high-quality leads – ultimately fueling pipeline development and supporting revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Skillable growth by planning and executing digital campaigns through paid social, paid search, content marketing, 3rd party platforms, other paid media channels. that boost awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our core markets.
  • Serve as a key driver in leading the end-to-end execution of our demand generation campaigns across our core go-to-market segments and use cases.
  • Monitor, analyze and modify full-funnel paid advertising tactics on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, DV360, partner channels and 3rd party platforms.
  • Assist in spearheading campaign performance metrics—analyze data, lead quantity, and quality while optimizing pipeline quality, sales velocity, cost efficiency, and revenue.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams aligning on campaign and marketing channel needs, ICP insights and prospect insights, and inbound lead flow creating a 360-feedback loop.
  • Support and execute performance-driven digital strategies that generate qualified leads, leading to increased pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Work with content and sales teams to align messaging and content needs to support demand creation.
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams to align messaging, themes, needs and positioning across various campaigns.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and tech stack to build customized demand-centric reports, list segmentation, intent data and signals for inbound and outbound support.
  • Continuously testing and implementing conversion rate optimization tactics for improved lead quantity, quality and funnel progression.
  • Experiment with new marketing channels and tactics to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external partners and customers on a regular basis.
  • Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field such as product management, business, project management or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience with multi-channel marketing strategies, including paid search, social, email marketing, content, and revenue-centric marketing.
  • Experience working with and managing paid media agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign management, attribution, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and go-to-market tools.
  • Knowledge of SEM and paid media best practices to drive high-quality conversions and qualified leads.
  • Experience in ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles is a plus.
  • A proactive approach, taking initiative and acting with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to various audiences/levels including leadership through various mediums.
  • Ability to present and convey material both formally and informally to all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
  • Detail oriented and organized.

Salary Range

The base salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Consistent with applicable laws, compensation will be determined based on the candidate's level, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience along with requirements for the position and annual financial plans.

Skillable is a distributed first team with employees working across the U.S., and we do not consider geography when determining compensation ranges.

Please note that it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Skillable reserves the right to modify this compensation range at any time.

Pay range and current benefit offerings are effective for 90 days from posting date. Standard employment offerings are subject to potential change upon periodic review and analysis, at the discretion of Skillable.

Working Conditions

The job conditions for this position are in a remote home office setting, requiring a space that supports privacy and focus to attend to regular and frequent video and voice calls. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Periodic travel may be required equaling up to approximately 10% of the time.
