Job Title: Remote Utilities Project Coordinator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Time

Job Overview:

Our client is a civil construction services company founded in 2007. Originating during the Great Recession, the company initially focused on erosion control services. Over the years, our client has expanded its offerings to include site services, green infrastructure, utility installation, hydro excavation, and stormwater facility maintenance. In March 2024, the company moved to a new headquarters and added turnkey site development to its services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end utility submittal process, including requests, tracking, and submission for all projects.
  • Implement and oversee invoice tracking, including due dates and document organization, to ensure timely and complete submissions across all projects.
  • Perform other administrative duties as necessary.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Previous experience in admin support role, preferably in the construction, engineering, architect, property management, landscaping, or HVAC industry
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel
  • Some experience with managing crew schedules and tracking project status and dates
  • Proficiency with electronic filing and data entry
  • Strong organization skills
  • US Experience is not required but preferred
