Job description

Keller Executive Search is looking for a dynamic Solutions Executive to join their client's Project Management Practice. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and implementing project management solutions for their clients. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about project management and is keen to contribute to their clients’ success.

The Solutions Executive will engage in comprehensive discussions with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients within the project management space
  2. Identify client needs and present suitable solutions that align with their business objectives
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective project management strategies
  4. Lead project management initiatives from inception to completion to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
  5. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging project management practices
  6. Utilize data analytics to provide insights and enhance client decision-making processes
  7. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing our capabilities and solutions
  8. Monitor project performance and recommend improvements as necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, solutions consulting, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems and identify opportunities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

    Preferred:
  1. Experience working in a consulting or executive search environment.
  2. Existing network within the project management community.
