Our client is a legal practice committed to helping individuals navigate personal injury and accident claims with clarity and compassion. The firm is expanding its digital presence and seeking a creative video editor to produce high-impact content that educates, informs, and builds trust with current and prospective clients. This includes both short-form and long-form video content tailored for YouTube, social media platforms, and the firm’s website.

About the role:

We are hiring a Video Editor for our client with experience in the legal or personal injury space to help elevate their visual storytelling. The role requires editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, as well as long-form videos for YouTube and website content. The ideal candidate understands how to take complex legal topics and turn them into clear, engaging, and visually polished content.

Experience in law firms or a personal injury law firm is required.

What you’ll be doing:

Edit 20–30 short-form videos per month (30–90 seconds each).
Edit 4–6 long-form videos per month (3–10 minutes each).
Create visual content that is clear, emotionally compelling, and informative.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align videos with the firm’s messaging, tone, and brand identity.
Implement clear narrative structures and strong call-to-actions.
Apply simple transitions, clean text overlays, and legal branding elements.
Manage assets and revisions through platforms like Google Drive or Frame.io.
Ensure all content complies with platform-specific best practices and legal guidelines.

Who are we looking for?

1–2 years of experience in video editing, preferably with legal, personal injury, or service-based professional content.
Strong grasp of storytelling, audience engagement, and visual clarity.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut), After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience with long-form YouTube content and educational video formatting.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to feedback and revisions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
