We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Marble to lead the development and evolution of impactful, user-centric products in health and legal tech. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to define, deliver, and iterate on products that align with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and company goals. Our Senior Product Manager will report directly to the CTO, as a core member of our Product team, playing a critical role in shaping product direction and driving high-impact outcomes for our customers and business.

Responsibilities

Engage directly and indirectly with customers to understand their needs, workflows, and challenges

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product priorities with organizational goals

Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap that balances user impact and technical feasibility

Refine, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on continuous discovery and business objectives

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features by guiding team processes and milestone planning

Analyze complex health and legal data sets to extract actionable insights and support data-informed decision-making

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a B2B/SaaS environment

Strategic thinker with proven ability to create compelling product roadmaps

Strong user empathy and experience designing products for regulated industries (healthcare or legal preferred)

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across departments

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

Growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable in fast-paced startup environments

Bonus Experience

Experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
