Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant with strong expertise in SEO and Google Ads to support and manage digital marketing campaigns. You’ll work directly with our team and clients—communicating via email, Zoom, and chat—to deliver results, provide insights, and ensure campaign success.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication
Attend client meetings and provide updates on SEO and Google Ads campaigns
Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Translate complex SEO and Ads data into simple, clear summaries for clients
Maintain a positive relationship and build trust with assigned clients
SEO Responsibilities
Perform keyword research using tools like Ubersuggest, Google Keyword Planner, or SEMrush
Optimize website content for on-page SEO (titles, headers, internal links, meta descriptions)
Manage and update Google Business Profiles for local SEO
Publish blog posts and optimize content using WordPress or Elementor
Set up and monitor citations, backlinks, and online directory listings
Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly performance reports
Google Ads Responsibilities
Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Write high-converting headlines and descriptions
Upload ad assets, configure sitelinks, and maintain ad extensions
Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on CTR, CPC, and ROAS
Prepare detailed client reports with insights and recommendations
Project Management & Admin Support
Manage tasks and deadlines using Basecamp or similar project management tools
Maintain campaign checklists and client trackers in Google Sheets
Assist with client onboarding, including intake forms and access requests
Conduct competitive research and SEO audits as needed
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable speaking with clients via email and Zoom
Good Knowledge of WordPress (Elementor experience is a plus)
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail)
Organized, reliable, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Go High Level CRM
Basic design skills in Canva or Photoshop
Familiarity with AI tools and automations
Video editing experience (CapCut, Descript, etc.)
