Digital Ads & Analytics Specialist (WFH)

We are seeking an Digital Ads & Analytics Specialist to join PeoplePartners in collaboration with a leading company in the safety software industry. If you excel at managing paid campaigns and turning data into actionable insights, we want you.

About the Role

As the Digital Ads & Analytics Specialist, you will oversee digital ad campaigns, analyze user journeys, and optimize conversions. Your ability to interpret data and drive campaign improvements will be crucial.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage GA4, Looker Studio, and HubSpot dashboards to track performance.
  • Optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Track user journeys and funnel performance.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Set and report on KPIs like CTR, CPA, and conversions.
