Job description

Job Description
As the Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the stable operation of OpenNetwork/Redshift systems and providing high-quality technical support to both internal and external clients. Key responsibilities include:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Lead the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of OpenNetwork/Redshift-related technical issues to ensure high system availability.

Address urgent technical requests from clients or internal teams, delivering prompt responses and long-term solutions.

Develop technical documentation (e.g., troubleshooting guides, best practices) to enhance team support efficiency.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage the technical support team, assign tasks, and monitor execution to meet SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets.

Collaborate closely with development, operations, and business teams to drive system optimization and process improvements.

Train team members to enhance their OpenNetwork/Redshift technical capabilities.
 

Qualifications
Technical Skills
Expertise in AWS Redshift/ Snowflake/IICS architecture, operations, and troubleshooting.

Proficient in database management, SQL optimization, and data warehouse solutions.

Familiarity with cloud computing (e.g., AWS) and related services (e.g., S3, EC2) is a plus.

Language Proficiency
Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written), with the ability to draft technical documentation and communicate effectively with international teams/clients.

Experience & Soft Skills
5+ years of technical support or operations experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues.

Customer-oriented mindset and excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
