Job description

Carry1st is Africa’s leading games publisher and monetization platform, helping top global companies grow players and revenue in high-potential markets. As Growth Manager, Platform, you will be instrumental in driving Carry1st’s expansion and success across Africa and the Middle-East. Your primary mission will be growing customers and revenue for Carry1st Platform, establishing it as the preferred gaming and digital content marketplace across the region. You will achieve this by deeply understanding local gamers’ needs, executing top-tier activations, building solid relationships with game publishers and forging strategic partnerships in markets.

You will...

  • Lead growth initiatives that drive revenue, user acquisition, and engagement across key markets in Africa and the Middle-East
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure growth for Carry1st Shop and its partnered games, including paid media, influencer activations, social media, community events, out-of-home campaigns, and traditional media
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key media outlets, esports organizations, payment providers, brands, and super-apps to amplify Carry1st’s reach and engagement
  • Leverage data and market insights to refine growth strategies, identifying high-performing campaigns and optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Collaborate with other functions such as Product, Design or Customer Support to improve the Carry1st Platform experience
  • Be the regional expert, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams and global partners about gaming trends, user behavior, and market opportunities in Africa and the Middle-East
  • Have fun and work on exciting projects that shape the future of gaming and digital content in emerging markets
