  • Use performance data to identify opportunities for site improvements such as wireframe optimizations, personalization opportunities, driving cross-sell/up-sell, or refining navigation
  • Monitor category-level KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and provide input into A/B tests, UX enhancements, and promotional strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Business, Brand, and Marketing to align on category priorities, seasonal storytelling, and product launches
  • Manage and execute promo code creation and publish promotional messaging throughout the site
  • Conduct daily QA checks across your category and broader site to ensure content, links, and promotions are functioning as intended
  • Use a CMS to publish and maintain landing pages and promotional content, escalating potential issues when needed.
  • Document changes on site and be able to reference past updates

  • You Are:
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • A proactive problem-solver who is flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • A clear and effective communicator—both written and verbal—with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable learning new tools and processes quickly
  • Focused on both immediate execution and long-term planning, while maintaining a high bar for quality

  • You Have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
  • A passion for ecommerce and a strong understanding of online consumer behavior
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of quality control, especially within a premium brand environment
