The Role:
Minted is seeking an eCommerce Marketing Associate to support and optimize the overall customer shopping experience on Minted.com. This role is responsible for managing a product category and executing promotions and content updates across the site. You’ll play a key role in how customers discover, browse, and shop Minted’s assortment, ensuring a seamless, on-brand, and high-converting experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong ecommerce foundation who is eager to drive business results through meticulous execution and a customer-first mindset.
You Will:Serve as the day-to-day owner of a product category. This includes managing content updates to navigation, landing pages, product listing pages and product detail pages in support of seasonal moments and evergreen refreshesUse performance data to identify opportunities for site improvements such as wireframe optimizations, personalization opportunities, driving cross-sell/up-sell, or refining navigationMonitor category-level KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and provide input into A/B tests, UX enhancements, and promotional strategiesPartner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Business, Brand, and Marketing to align on category priorities, seasonal storytelling, and product launchesManage and execute promo code creation and publish promotional messaging throughout the siteConduct daily QA checks across your category and broader site to ensure content, links, and promotions are functioning as intendedUse a CMS to publish and maintain landing pages and promotional content, escalating potential issues when needed.Document changes on site and be able to reference past updatesYou Are:Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesA proactive problem-solver who is flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environmentA clear and effective communicator—both written and verbal—with strong interpersonal skillsComfortable learning new tools and processes quicklyFocused on both immediate execution and long-term planning, while maintaining a high bar for qualityYou Have: A Bachelor's Degree2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related fieldA passion for ecommerce and a strong understanding of online consumer behaviorA keen eye for detail and a strong sense of quality control, especially within a premium brand environmentExperience working with CMS tools; basic HTML knowledge a plusFamiliarity with reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Contentsquare, Heap or similar) is a plusCompensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from Minted. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.
Geo Base Full Salary Range 3 - Includes AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, WI, WV, WY- $59,844 - $78,545
Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated job responsibilities, and/or other business or organizational needs.
