About The Role And The Team
As a WeddingPro Success Specialist, you’ll be working directly with a variety of wedding professionals, from venues to wedding planners, advertising nationwide on The Knot and WeddingWire. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, and Enterprise leadership to achieve best in class service for our vendors. Your role in onboarding new customers is crucial to building and maintaining strong brand affinity and vendor satisfaction. We’re looking for individuals who are consultative and passionate about customer service and its potential to help transform businesses! We are a team of professionals who create a personalized vendor experience while educating our pros on how to leverage their advertisements for success.
Responsibilities
- Provide highly responsive service to TKWW Wedding Pros (vendors), efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with vendors on key benefits on our platform to ensure their success
- Help vendors leverage WeddingPro to grow their business by equipping them with the product knowledge they need to optimize their listing for success with their program
- Tailor each onboarding call utilizing needs based questions to optimize learning and increase engagement
- Ask questions and build rapport with each vendor - enriching their relationship with WedingPro
- Handle all written inquiries from vendors regarding their onboarding
- Maintain product expertise across our platforms
- Work cross-functionally with many different teams such as sales, support, account management, and marketing

- Extensive knowledge of TKWW business, our product, and our vendor base.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills - ability to identify gaps and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong communication and change management skills - can effectively implement process changes/updates within the team.
- Results driven - Strong sense of shared priorities. The understanding that an active, engaged vendor drives loyalty and retention.
- Intuitive - you understand that not every client or partner fits into the same mold and you’ll love figuring each one of them out
- Creative - you’ll tailor the way you communicate our value to many different business types
- Energetic, positive, and confident - you will provide the most engaging calls
- Adaptable - both to vendor needs and the ebb and flow of our work day
- Naturally empathetic and compassionate
- Appreciative of an entrepreneurial spirit (can vibe with business owners)
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Eager to learn and be a part of a team
- B2B experience preferred
- Marketing or Sales experience preferred
