Job Title: Credentialing Coordinator
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $19–$23/hour
Contract Length: 3- 6 month contract 


Introduction
4 Corner Resources is currently hiring a Remote Credentialing Coordinator to support one of our enterprise-level, non-profit managed care clients headquartered in Florida. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected healthcare insurer in a fully remote capacity, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance and credentialing excellence for providers, facilities, and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of credentialing or related administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • This position is fully remote but must live in of the below states: 
    AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, LA, MS, NC, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WY

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive:
  • Experience credentialing providers using CAQH
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with Adobe, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAS and SQL a plus
  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Conduct credentialing for providers, facilities, and vendors in alignment with regulations and company policies
  • Prepare materials and presentations for credentialing committee meetings and vendor oversight reviews
  • Support audit processes for vendor delegations and ensure compliance with contractual terms
  • Review and coordinate directory updates and postings with third-party vendors
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure credentialing accuracy
  • Identify and support continuous improvement of credentialing processes
  • Report issues and follow up with management to resolve discrepancies
