We are seeking a B2C Product Manager to take ownership of the consumer product roadmap, guiding Learning Hub’s evolution from concept to adoption and ensuring its success in the homeschool market. This role requires a deep commitment to understanding customer needs, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Product, UX, Engineering, Curriculum, and Go-To-Market teams. You will drive the platform’s growth by refining the freemium-to-premium conversion funnel, enhancing user engagement and personalization, and ensuring a seamless product experience that resonates with homeschool families.

  • Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives to drive product development in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Customer & Market Insights: Deeply understand the homeschool audience by conducting user research, hands-on testing, and regular engagement with families and educators.
  • Anticipate user challenges and proactively deliver solutions that create value and reduce friction in the learning experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, monitoring competitors and emerging technologies to ensure Learning Hub remains innovative and competitive.
  • User Engagement & Monetization: Own and optimize the freemium-to-paid conversion funnel, identifying ways to increase premium feature adoption.
  • Work with UX Designers and Researchers to refine user flows, ensuring simplicity and clarity in every interaction.
  • Leverage gamification, social learning, and AI-powered personalization to increase engagement and retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the cross-functional bridge between teams including Engineering, UX, and Marketing, ensuring seamless product execution from ideation to market launch by providing critical context and appropriate levels of detail for the broader team to succeed in delighting users. Communicate clear product plans and development timelines, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals, milestones and end-to-end readiness.
  • Facilitate the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and development to launch, performance analysis, and continuous iteration.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) related to user engagement, retention, conversion, and satisfaction.
  • Implement a continuous data-driven improvement cycle: gather insights, implement enhancements, measure outcomes, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly assess customer feedback, conduct A/B tests, and iterate based on real-world usage data.
