PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to offer support to patients and referrals after the local branch has closed. (After Hours, Weekends, and Holidays Mandatory)

DESCRIPTION:

. Dispatch ACIS/Call Log orders in UPSLT

· Answer inbound phone calls.

· Perform a number of processing duties for the Branch as necessary including, but not limited to working with intakes, reviewing ACIS screens to assist customers with recurring service, new services, and Troubleshooting.

· Handle requests from Patients, Branches, Referrals/Hospitals.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Monday-Friday start time will be 1330 AZ time

Saturday-Sunday- 1330 AZ time

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.

· At least two years related experience in an office environment is preferred.

- At least two years’ related experience in Customer Services.

· Computer skills.

· Good organizational skill.
