We’re filling this role for a client, a leading fitness concept utilizing athletic-based training.
As a Field Support Admin, you'll be a crucial link between our gym franchise locations and the corporate support team. Your primary responsibility will be managing our MindBody ticket system to ensure technical issues, maintenance requests, and other support needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Serve as the primary administrator for the MindBody support ticket system
Process, prioritize, and assign incoming support tickets from franchise locations
Track ticket status and ensure timely resolution of all requests
Communicate with franchise owners and staff regarding ticket updates
Generate and analyze reports on common issues and resolution times
Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and franchise operators to resolve complex problems
Develop and maintain documentation of common solutions and procedures
Provide basic troubleshooting guidance for MindBody software issues
Previous experience with MindBody software
Experience with ticket management systems and customer support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
