Job Title:  Email Marketing Coordinator
Type:
Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours:
Core availability for team collaboration and meetings between 9 AM- 5 PM PST
Compensation:
$1,800- $2,500 per month (depending on experience
 

Our client is a pioneering clean skincare brand looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support their e-commerce team. This role is perfect for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the flawless execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute, QA, and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring:

    • Proper segmentation, A/B testing, formatting, and timing

    • Spelling, grammar, and link accuracy

    • Creative asset placement and consistency

  • Maintain and troubleshoot automated email workflows (e.g. welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase)

  • Monitor product inventory in Shopify to ensure alignment with upcoming marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with the merchandising, creative, and marketing teams to ensure cohesion across all customer touchpoints

  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule

  • Perform light Shopify content updates (product pages, promotions, etc.)

  • Assist with updating blog content, with bonus points for CSS/HTML skills

  • Ensure data accuracy and clean execution across all marketing platforms

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably with a DTC brand handling 50+ SKUs

  • Strong experience with Shopify and Klaviyo

  • Meticulous attention to detail — you catch every typo, misalignment, and broken link

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; you are highly responsive

  • Data-driven and thorough; you care about accuracy and performance

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a dynamic environment

  • Experience with subscription-based e-commerce is a strong plus

  • Basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus (especially for blog or landing page updates)

  • Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center is a huge plus
