About the Role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical, hands-on role guiding our client’s regional sales, sales operations, and business process teams as they embark on a multi-year transformation leveraging Salesforce. You’ll work closely with enterprise sales teams to harmonize processes across regions, ensuring that both current and future sales functions are optimized and that nuanced regional requirements are addressed throughout the technology journey.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional business teams to quickly master key channel and end-user sales processes and related solution needs, becoming a trusted process expert
  • Gather and document regional business requirements and actively facilitate open, insightful conversations to surface true business needs
  • Develop and maintain current state and future state process maps to drive requirements identification, gap analysis, and process harmonization
  • Provide actionable recommendations for Salesforce solution design, tailoring approaches to regional specificity and business goals
  • Support the successful implementation of new processes and technology, collaborating with change management teams for smooth adoption
  • Guide user acceptance testing to ensure Salesforce solutions meet regional sales team requirements
  • Assist with business stakeholder engagement, ongoing training, and transition activities as teams move to new ways of working
  • Work collaboratively with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency while honoring required local nuances
  • Analyze business data and process performance, presenting your findings in a clear, synthesized format for business leaders
  • Other duties as assigned
About You
Qualifications & Skills
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business analysis, CRM implementation, or related roles supporting enterprise sales teams
  • Deep, practical knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices; experience in multi-region deployments preferred
  • Strong expertise in enterprise/B2B sales processes, including lead/opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Proficiency with process mapping (Omnigraffle, Visio, or similar) and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver actionable solutions
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Highly organized, with a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, with a flexible and open working style and a talent for building credibility and trust across global and matrixed teams
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and energized by complex change and transformation efforts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; outstanding attention to detail and conceptual thinking
  • High degree of professionalism, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
