Entry-level account executive

We’re on the lookout for an entry-level account executive to join one of our well-established teams at AMICULUM, supporting healthcare marketing activities in pulmonology. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in medical communications, with a fantastic group of people who will be able to share a wealth of knowledge with you from day 1.


The role

We specialize in creating accurate, engaging scientific content and delivering it across a range of communication channels to achieve maximum reach and impact. Our team has earned a strong reputation among global clients for consistently delivering high-quality work and providing exceptional client service.

In response to the continued growth of our team, we are creating an exciting opportunity for an entry-level account executive to join our client services team in the UK.

The role can be based at any of our UK offices or completely at home within the UK or Ireland.


Key responsibilities

  • Collaborating effectively with editorial, client services, digital and design colleagues to ensure the smooth running of projects, from briefing to delivery
  • Developing a positive client partnership both through day-to-day support and by understanding clients’ challenges to actively contribute to organic growth
  • Confidently maintaining the financial management of projects, including forecasting, invoicing and budget reporting to clients


What you’ll need

  • A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, particularly in healthcare marketing
  • Enjoyment of finance and administrative tasks, with strong attention given to process and organization
  • The ability to work flexibly, professionally and enthusiastically with client teams and external experts
  • The willingness to take ownership of your workload and deadlines, showing initiative and responsibility
  • An eagerness to learn, being open to feedback and committed to personal and professional development
  • The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively as part of an integrated account team
  • An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy, with a flair for creative thinking and design-led projects
  • Intellectual curiosity and a positive, approachable attitude brought to every challenge
