Job description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location:
Remote - LATAM preferred (EST)
Salary Range:
up to 1,500 USD + $25 per qualified call; OTE: $3,000 - $4,000 USD/month

Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST); Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven, highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle inbound leads generated through paid advertising. Your job is to conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments with the sales team. This is a great fit for candidates who thrive on structure, are motivated by results, and are looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate call notes and pipeline records in CRM.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and strong communication.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based small business owners
  • Consistent, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups
  • Familiar with remote work tools (e.g., Slack) and CRMs
  • Motivated by performance-based compensation


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with home service businesses or U.S. SMBs.
  • Familiarity with marketing, SEO, or working within a digital agency.
  • Exposure to tools like Aloware (training will be provided).
