Clinical Lead Therapist Requirements:

Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Valid New Jersey state clinical licensure
LCSW or LPC or LCADC (with CCS Certification)
Experience in substance abuse counseling preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Clinical supervisory experience

Clinical Lead Therapist Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with other counselors, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.

Pay: $70,000.00- $83,000.00
