Job Overview

The Office of Admissions at the University of Cincinnati seeks someone who is detailed, creative, an excellent collaborator, and a skilled CRM administrator to join the CRM Team. This team serves as the lead administrators of two instances of Slate CRM by Technolutions used by Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions. This position will report to the Associate Director of Admissions Technology and will be primarily responsible for building strong working relationships with campus partners in our academic colleges to develop the tools that they need in the CRM to effectively recruit prospective students and for helping the CRM Team to complete a variety of project requests that we receive.

 
This position is fully remote with occasional exceptions for on-campus trainings and events.

Essential Functions
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the academic colleges. 
  • Design and build systems and features specifically for the academic colleges. 
  • Fulfill CRM project requests submitted by campus partners. This could include requests for forms, event templates, portals, queries, workflows, application updates, etc. 
  • Assist with finding and merging duplicate records within Slate. 
  • Assist with training Slate users. 
  • Help resolve questions and small requests sent to the CRM Team. 
  • Assist with query and report building when needed. 
  • Collaborate with other staff members of the CRM Team to strategize ways to improve the University's usage of Slate.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience should be in Admissions, Enrollment Management, or experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management System, like Technolutions Slate (CRM) and Oracle PeopleSoft (SIS) 
  • Proficiency working within Microsoft Office Suite of programs (specifically merging documents in Word and manipulating data in Excel). 
Required Education
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Required Experience

One (1) year of program coordination experience.

Additional Qualifications Considered

Preference will be given to candidates who have:  

  •       Experience with Technolutions Slate (CRM) and Oracle PeopleSoft (SIS);  
  • Experience with exporting/importing best practices
