We are currently seeking a Application Owner (Domain Analyst)to join our team.
Location: Remote-US Tentative Start date: June 2025. Duration: 12 months Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time Pay Rate: $82 - $86/hour All equipment is provided by NTT **This position is W2 only and is not budgeted for sponsorship or C2C. No vendors or agencies.
The Application Owner will be responsible for a group of applications, understanding their current usage, working with the ministry on future plans, conducting technical assessments, and more. This role is at the forefront of application ownership, focusing on discovery of new requests, determining if existing applications in our portfolio can meet these needs, or if new solutions need to be sought.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with vendors to understand roadmaps for applications.
Submitting contracts for projects related to specific applications.
Meeting with relationship and demand management at the ministry to discuss ongoing issues and potential escalations.
Analyzing existing situations and figuring out forward paths.
Analyzing current manual processes and figuring out how to automate them.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (open to all fields) or significant relevant experience will be considered.
7+ years of experience at Architect level, PACS Administrator, or similar
5+ years of experience in Clinical Imaging, Cardiology, or Radiology. (preferred Radiology)
5+ years of imaging workflow experience
5+years of Radiology PACS and dictation systems experience
Preferred:
ServiceNow experience, preferred
Google Suite experience, preferred

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The hourly range for this remote role is $82.00 - $86.50/hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
