Job Duties:
HungerRush, LLC in Houston, TX is software company providing restaurant management and online ordering software and application solutions. We are seeking a Vice President, Product Management to oversee the strategic direction, development, and execution of our software products. This role will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and successful products that meet customer needs and drive company growth.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

  • Lead the direction of our software product suite through needs identification, research, vision-setting and prioritization.
  • Have full end-to-end ownership and accountability for product vision, features and functions, packaging, and market impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across a variety of functions to understand key business and customer objectives, understand technology solutions and dependencies, define best-in-class user experiences, and analyze data to inform product roadmaps.
  • Develop action plans and strategic direction for functional areas and maintains alignment with stakeholders to ensure the successful development of solutions.
  • Understand and leverage technology and end-state architecture vision to partner with technology team to drive comprehensive design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team(s) to ensure the timely delivery of the product with the committed features.
  • Lead the product release planning, feature backlog management, prioritization, UX designs, and translate features into actionable epics and user stories.
  • Manage timelines for implementation, delivery, and deadlines throughout the development process.
  • This position has at least five (5) direct reports including 4 Product Managers and 1 Director, Product Management.

Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related IT or Business field of study, plus at least five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any related product management position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following:

  1. B2C Consumer Applications and Mobile apps SDK
  2. Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, and Product Analytics
  3. Business development and Sales
  4. Demonstrated experience with process analysis and re-engineering
  5. Generative AI and A/B testing
  6. FinTech, Consumer Credit, Payments and PayPal/Braintree integration
  7. Content Marketing and Video Creation
  8. Digital Health
  9. Software Patents filing
  10. Agile


No travel required. Work from home (WFH) benefit available.
