Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate change-making team is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager located in Colombia. We are looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team remotely. As a business development team member, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will be vital to focusing on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and visitingHematologist/Oncologist offices. Ideally, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Provider Engagement, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will:
Initiation, nurturing and management of provider network to build patient identification channels including but not limited to Individual physicians, Patient Advocacy Groups, Physician Associations, Boutique CROs, Hospitals/Health Systems, well-established CROs, Insurance Companies, NGS Labs by visiting and contacting them.
Identifying and supporting agreements for potential strategic partnership opportunities for Massive Bio to expand its operations in Colombia.
Identifying and supporting agreements for the potential referring hospitals and physicians strategically located in proximity of recruiting sites for the Clinical Trials that Massive Bio is contracted for.
Promoting and presenting the services of Massive Bio to the provider network and following up on the processes regularly.
Following up on the referral of patients from these providers to enroll patients in the Clinical Trials that Massive Bio is contracted for.
Patient engagement support for the patients coming from direct-to-patient channels, including patient calls and medical records collection.
Patient referral and retention management.
Provide timely input to Massive Bio’s CRM system about field activities; follow up communication with physicians; report results to internal leadership and team members.
Candidate Profile:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies, Labs, or Biotech.
An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.
Ability to travel to Hematologists'/Oncologists' offices, hospitals, whether using public transport or owning a car to travel. (Mileage or Public transport will be reimbursed)
Native in the local language and advanced English language is nice to have.
Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials, and the health care system.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Should be local and living in Colombia.
