The purpose of this position is to drive Cambium’s NA Enterprise and specifically Hospitality business through extensive customer outreach activities, prospecting for new customers & partners, enabling partners and end-users via consultative assistance, and pursuing business development activities aimed at market expansion & increasing market awareness of Cambium’s extensive Enterprise product portfolio and success stories. 
 
Scope of Responsibilities & Position Expectations
 
•            Drive sales and business expansion as an individual contributor/team member, reporting to Regional Sales Director.
•            Strive to meet and exceed quarterly sales quota while simultaneously developing longer-term opportunities by pursuing larger projects that may have a longer sales cycle.
•            Assist RSD and other regional team members by providing thought leadership and development/execution of sales strategies and outreach programs.
•            Conduct business with high integrity and professionalism.
•            Provide timely reporting to RSD and executive management as directed.
•            Provide territory management plan and tracking of individual opportunities to achieve and exceed assigned sales quota.
•            Travel within territory to develop and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, consultants, and engineering firms creating demand for Cambium products and solutions.
•           Understand and capitalize on North American Hospitality market and industry trends.
•            Assist in the development and enhancement of sales presentation materials such as PowerPoint presentations and case studies. 
•            Align with Cambium Core Values
•            Represent Cambium Networks as exhibitor staff and speaker at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
•           Establish relationships within the regional channel ecosystem: Distributors, VARs, System Integrators and other application partner solutions.
 
Knowledge/ Skill Requirement
 
Strong Direct Sales and Account Management Skills
•            Ability to create, own, and deliver the individual’s annual territory sales plan.
•            Sales, business development, and/or product management experience in the following sectors: Enterprise Wi-Fi, Networking
•            Ability to identify and manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously, – existing and new.
•            Understand and communicate the company’s value proposition, culture of high ethics, core values.
•            Self-starter/self-motivated and generating demand.
•            Solution & Value Selling Skills
•            Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
•            Proven relationship builder with channel and end customers
•            Energetic start-up mentality but corporate principles
•            Strong negotiation Skills
•            Presentation Skills
•            Conduct business with high degree of integrity, professionalism, and respect for the individual.
•            Confidence in technical and commercial aspects
•            Authority interacting with end customers.
•            Interact with C-class executives (business leaders) Government officials as well as sales and technical teams within channels.

•            Ability to establish rapport and win contracts within the territory.
 
Other Requirements:
•            Willing to travel up to 50% of working schedule.
•            Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
•            Team player able to navigate internal organization and leverage support teams to deliver sales plan and commitments to customers.
•            At least 5 years of experience in wireless industry serving Hospitality vertical market
•            Ability to work remote outside of corporate facilities.
•            Proven achiever, goal and results oriented.
