We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition and partnerships efforts in the HR and recruitment space. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base—engaging with HR leaders, TA heads, and decision-makers at companies to position our solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring HR and recruitment clients (corporates, startups, or agencies)
Identify and qualify high-potential leads through outreach, networking, and inbound channels
Build consultative relationships with HR stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored solutions
Lead the sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
Mentor and manage junior sales or partnerships associates to strengthen the sales funnel
Maintain accurate records in CRM, track key performance metrics, and report on sales progress
Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Stay updated on HR industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market shifts to refine outreach
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in HRTech, staffing, or recruitment services
Strong network or prior experience selling to HR, TA, or leadership decision-makers
Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to structure proposals and close high-value deals
Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setup
