Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition and partnerships efforts in the HR and recruitment space. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base—engaging with HR leaders, TA heads, and decision-makers at companies to position our solutions effectively.
This is a strategic sales role ideal for professionals with experience in selling HR SaaS, recruitment services, or staffing solutions, and who thrive in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
 


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring HR and recruitment clients (corporates, startups, or agencies)
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads through outreach, networking, and inbound channels
  • Build consultative relationships with HR stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Lead the sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
  • Mentor and manage junior sales or partnerships associates to strengthen the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, track key performance metrics, and report on sales progress
  • Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on HR industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market shifts to refine outreach
 


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
  • Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in HRTech, staffing, or recruitment services
  • Strong network or prior experience selling to HR, TA, or leadership decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure proposals and close high-value deals
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setup
