Business Analyst – Child Support Modernization
Location: Remote
Salary: $85-125k
Sabot Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within federally funded human services systems, with deep familiarity with Title IV-D requirements, child support operations, IAPD and federal compliance frameworks. The Business Analyst will lead requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, and process modeling for business functions, and will be responsible for developing and updating key work products.

Responsibilities:

Lead requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, and process modeling for business functions.
Review and update existing work products including Business Requirements Documents, risk registers, governance models, and feasibility studies.
Develop the Business Requirements Document and Requirements Traceability Matrix.
Collaborate on Cost Benefit Analysis, operational gap analysis, and solution evaluation matrices.
Assist in drafting evaluation criteria and performance measures.

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Public Administration, or related discipline.
7–10 years’ experience in business analysis within federally funded human services systems.
Deep familiarity with Title IV-D requirements, child support operations, and federal compliance frameworks.
Ability to model workflows, conduct stakeholder validation, and synthesize policy impacts.
Experience with IAPD and intricate process mapping.
