What you’ll be responsible for:

The Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the completion of all enrollment applications (including Medicare and Medicaid) for all employed providers including, but not limited to revalidation, reassignment of benefits, and renewal of appointment. The Provider Credentialing and Enrollment Specialists ensures all providers’ information is complete and accurate and all enrollment information is maintained and current within Salesforce.


  What you’ll work on:

  • Complete the enrollment application or group enrollment applications of employed tele-medicine provider across all states
  • Assist with the on-boarding process (internally/externally) to include obtaining enrollment within established timelines
  • Ensure physician Medicare and Medicaid numbers along with managed care appointments are enrolled or renewed timely in support of the state guidelines for compliance
  • Identify and analyze the physician information received to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in the process to credential entities and individual providers to meet payer criteria
  • Maintain filing information for all enrollment, credentialing, re-credentialing schedules and contracting process by loading all information to the credentialing software to have most accurate data
  • Monitor and track the enrollment, credentialing and contracting process in order to promote compliance, process enhancement, and efficiency
  • Complete EFT and ERA Enrollments
  • Maintains copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and any other required Provider Enrollment documents for all providers
  • Makes leadership aware of any potential derogatory issues identified during the Provider Enrollment process and works in collaboration with practitioner to document/resolve the issue
  • Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
  • Other duties as assigned
     

 What you’ll bring to Access TeleCare:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Physician Provider Enrollment experience required-at least 1 year of direct experience submitting Provider Enrollment applications to Medicare and Medicaid for physicians
  • Credentialing experience preferred
  • Salesforce Experience preferred
  • Experience with Credentialing Accreditation by Joint Commission or National Committee for Quality Assurance preferred
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers
  • Flexible and adaptable with learning and understanding technology
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with ability to demonstrate command of details and to articulate those details at a higher level.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, directed, and proactive
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
