This is a remote position.
Embrace is growing the Business Development team within our M&A group. The role is to search for, find, and get in contact with owners of world-class software organizations that lead to the sourcing of current acquisition opportunities for Embrace. This individual will leverage their existing relationships and build new ones with decision makers (i.e. owners, CEO’s and founders) of software companies, M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals in the United States. Success is defined by breaking through barriers others have not been able to, and sourcing Embrace’s newest platform acquisitions.
Initiating relationships, maintaining relationships, and leveraging their biz dev experience to provide best practices, coach and lead others, identifying the appropriate KPIs and keeping themselves and others accountable immediately upon starting.
