Job Description

As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting legal operations through various administrative and documentation processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely while gaining valuable experience in legal administration, particularly in immigration law. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining efficient communication channels between courts, clients, and legal professionals while managing crucial documentation processes.


Responsibilities
  • Manage communication with courts, legal professionals, and clients
  • Process and complete immigration documentation with high attention to detail
  • Draft and prepare legal documents using established templates
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation systems
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Support general law firm administrative operations
  • Assist in maintaining efficient workflow processes 

Requirements
  • Previous experience in legal administration or paralegal work
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
