Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and serve as first point of contact for med spa clients
  • Schedule and manage client appointments
  • Make outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointments (5-7 calls daily)
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support
  • Handle general administrative tasks
  • Perform light bookkeeping duties
  • Support additional business functions once core duties are mastered

Scope:

  • Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm Central with an hour's unpaid break
  • Remote work
  • Direct reporting to business leadership
  • Handle approximately 5-7 calls per day
  • Manage scheduling system for med spa appointments
  • Support executive calendar and administrative needs
  • Maintain confidentiality of business and client information

Requirements
  • Previous administrative assistant experience required
  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills
  • Ability to work in client’s timezone
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
