Lead Engagement Specialist. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, nurturing existing leads, and guiding them through their journey to become part of our community.
If you're experienced with CRM systems, comfortable making outbound calls, and skilled at scheduling and follow-ups, we want to hear from you. A background in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is essential, and if you have a love for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or martial arts, that's a big plus!
Scope:
Reports directly to academy management
Handles both inbound and outbound communication
Manages full lead lifecycle from initial contact through trial class follow-up
Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify new leads through outbound calls and messages
Farm and nurture existing leads within the Spark CRM system
Schedule appointments for prospective students
Answer and return phone calls and text messages from clients
Follow up with trial students who have visited the academy
Maintain accurate records and updates in the Spark CRM
Execute systematic follow-up processes with prospects and clients
Requirements
Experience with CRM systems (Spark CRM experience is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven track record in appointment setting or sales
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Experience in customer service or client relations
Knowledge of or experience with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
