Job description

This is a remote position.

The Client is seeking a senior-level Change Manager with a strong background in healthcare to lead the planning and execution of clinical engagement strategies. The position supports the implementation of a province-wide Clinical Information Solution (CIS) and requires a skilled leader to guide prescribers and clinicians through impactful change initiatives.


Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior change management role, leading transformations impacting healthcare providers.
  • Proven experience with healthcare IT implementations (CIS, EHR, digital health projects).
  • Professionally bilingual in French and English (verbal and written).
  • 8+ years in change leadership roles within complex, technology-enabled environments.
  • Strong facilitation skills, especially with clinical stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Zoom.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA (2+ years).
  • Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
