Job description

· Respond to form submission leads via phone and text
· Answer incoming calls related to project inquiries
· Qualify leads using a predefined questionnaire and schedule appointments accordingly
· Manage and update the Outlook calendar with all scheduled appointments
· Coordinate with the team through WhatsApp for timely communication
· Conduct cold calls to remarket to previous or inactive leads
