Virtual Rockstar is seeking a Social Media Manager to support a high-impact digital education company at the forefront of trauma healing and somatic health. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of content strategy, execution, and performance across multiple platforms—including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and podcast promotions.

YouTube Management
Grow YouTube audience with ≥40,000 views and ≥1,000 new subscribers monthly
Achieve ≥3,000 watch hours/month and maintain CTR >4.5%
Develop roadmap to 500,000 subscribers within 12 months
Social Platform Growth
Grow LinkedIn by 1,000+ followers/month and reach 100,000+ impressions/month
Boost Instagram weekly reach to 6,500+ and Facebook to 1,500+
Drive monthly follower gains of 500+ on both platforms
Daily Social Operations
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all major platforms
Write captions, develop campaigns, and ensure consistent brand voice
Monitor analytics, assess trends, and make data-driven content decisions
Engage with audiences, respond to comments and messages, and manage brand reputation
Campaign Strategy & Performance
Use AI tools, automation, and email capture strategies to drive traffic and grow the list
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media with broader campaign goals
Manage editorial calendars and support course launches, lead magnets, and promotions

3+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts
Fluent English communication and content writing/editing skills
Deep platform knowledge: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok
Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, ManyChat, and Google Workspace
Experience tracking and improving KPIs using platform analytics
High-speed internet and ability to work independently
