Virtual Rockstar is seeking a highly capable Online Courses Virtual Assistant to support backend operations and live event coordination for a wellness education company. You’ll help run seamless online programs by managing platforms like Kajabi and Zoom, assisting with live sessions, tracking testimonials, and ensuring participants are supported and engaged.

Event & Zoom Support
Host and support live virtual training events and webinars
Manage Zoom links, track attendance, and ensure session recordings are captured
Monitor functionality of Otter.ai transcripts and video backups
Content & Course Management
Upload pre-recorded/live sessions to Kajabi
Update handouts, resource links, and ensure accurate daily content
Maintain functional links and consistent access across all platforms
Calendar & Communication
Help manage the course calendar
Draft and schedule participant reminder emails
Coordinate with course managers to keep all sessions and meetings up-to-date
Student Support & Engagement
Respond to course inquiries via email and inside Kajabi
Moderate comments and foster engagement in course communities
Testimonials, Documentation & SOPs
Track, edit, and upload video/written testimonials
Generate and organize transcripts
Keep SOPs and documentation current and accessible
Community Management
Host and post group session recordings
Moderate discussions in the practitioner network
Engage and support participants across community channels

2–3 years of experience in online course support or virtual assistance
Proficiency with Kajabi, Zoom, Otter.ai, Google Workspace, and Asana
Solid communication and attention to detail
Comfortable managing inboxes, calendars, and tech tools
Familiarity with online communities like Facebook Groups or Mighty Networks
Basic video editing and transcript formatting a plus
Reliable internet, computer, webcam, and mic
