Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with lead generation experience to join our team. If you enjoy working with digital ads, analyzing data, and making smart decisions, this job is for you!

Your main job is to set up, manage, and improve Meta Ads campaigns to help clients generate more leads and reach their goals. You will monitor campaign performance, update dashboards, and adjust strategies based on data. You will also help review new ad ideas, support at-risk accounts, and work with internal teams to improve overall results.

What will you do…
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to meet client goals.

  • Provide daily updates on ad performance in the Trello Ads Dashboard.

  • Share weekly reports with clear insights and recommendations.

  • Review and suggest new ad concepts every month.

  • Help with client onboarding, one-off internal or external requests, and account offboarding or pausing.

  • Assist in developing advertising strategies for better client outcomes.

  • Contribute to updating the Meta Ads documentation and best practices.




Requirements
You might be the one we are looking for if you have…
  • At least 2 years of experience in Meta Ads

  • Have experience with media buying platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads including YouTube Ads.

  • Independent decision-making and strong problem-solving ability.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, email, and calendars.

  • Experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and Meta Ad Manager.

  • Creative thinking to solve challenges and improve results.

  • Strong time management and self-motivation.

  • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

  • Include the word “Meta Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.

  • Are comfortable speaking on video calls.

  • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).

  • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

  • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
