Let's Talk About Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs across all MatrixCare solutions. Drive strategies to penetrate new markets, segments, and territories while expanding our existing customer relationships.

 

Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the sales team, setting aggressive targets, optimizing sales processes, and driving performance excellence. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the sales organization.

 

Customer Acquisition and Retention: Lead efforts to identify and target high-potential customers, trade organizations, and partnerships. Ensure a strong focus on customer success, through management of the Customer Success team in delivering exceptional value and maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

 

Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies, demand generation campaigns, and brand positioning that resonate with target audiences and drive lead generation. Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize resource allocation.

 

Implementation Services: Post sale, drive efforts to quickly deploy customer solutions through optimized project delivery and implementation support, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and successful go-live.

 

Partnerships and Alliances: Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our market reach, enhance our product offering, and drive incremental revenue streams. Identify potential collaboration opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

 

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to inform business decisions, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into revenue performance and growth opportunities.

 

Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across sales, implementation, and customer success. Provide clear direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities to empower team members to excel in their roles.

 

Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the senior leadership team to align revenue strategies with broader company objectives. Provide regular updates on revenue performance, growth initiatives, and market trends.

Let's Talk About You:

Proven track record of at least 15 years in executive sales and revenue leadership roles, preferably within the software as a service (SaaS) industry and/or the healthcare sector.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets, with experience managing revenue streams of $100 million or more.

Strong understanding of the post-acute care market and related software solutions, along with a solid grasp of industry trends and customer pain points.

Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable plans.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams in a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
