We are seeking a highly strategic, customer obsessed and execution-oriented Principal Product Manager to lead the holistic vision, strategy, and development of Fintech experiences for Commercial customers.  

The role requires a strong combination of 0-1 thinking to identify new Commercial Fintech opportunities. Success in this role will depend on the ability to drive alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders to accelerate AI-driven experiences at scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Plant the seeds of a Fintech business in Commercial 

    • Define the overarching strategy on the kind of fintech products that Commercial contractors need and want for driving their business. 

    • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and use that to plan the right early bets. 

    • Iterate quickly on the product bets so we can make the right pivots to the right business outcomes. 

  • Be the mini-CEO for the business

    • As a product led company, we want a mini-CEO who can tie the roadmap to a set of business outcomes. 

    • Be comfortable working with complex metrics for a B2B fintech business. 

    • Strong relationships with the leaders in the commercial contracting space so you can generate the right insights 

  • Define and deliver a consistent Product experience that integrates data and insights

    • Ensure that we deliver on a product roadmap that cares deeply about customer outcomes. 

    • You are detail oriented and metrics obsessed to ensure that products create joyful moments. 

    • Willingness to challenge the status quo - We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo in this space.

    • Engage closely with our customers and strategic partners to understand current processes and needs to surface high impact opportunities for Fintech experiences 

    • Solicit and learn from partners, customers, market feedback so we have the best experiences in the market. 

  • Collaborate across the organization

    • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners including developers, designers, UX researchers, data scientists and product managers across numerous product areas to ensure alignment to achieving desired outcomes

    • Drive accountability across product areas for driving customer fintech outcomes 

    • Iterate quickly on a 0 to 1 area for the business by proving PMF for Fintech among Commercial customers. 

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years in a product management role, preferably in B2B Fintech

  • Experience building 0-1 products that have had PMF and eventually reached scale growth. 

  • Some prior experience specifically working on Lending and/or Payments 

  • Bonus for experience working with Trades business in a prior role 

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex Fintech concepts to diverse audiences

  • Skilled communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to lead cross-functional teams

  • Experience working with a partner ecosystem that integrates experiences in a unique and differentiated way. 

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, to synthesize data and draw insights, formulate scope and requirements, and validate hypotheses based on data

  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills

  • 4-year degree. MBA, MS or related graduate degree strongly preferred.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
