WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team. Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing, this role will serve as a critical bridge between our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, with a strong emphasis on exceptional writing skills to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will excel at explaining the technical intricacies of Tealium’s platform through detailed content and diagrams for technical audiences while simplifying complex concepts for marketing and business users. They will also be comfortable leading webinars, engaging in customer-facing conversations, and communicating effectively with both technology and business roles.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, technical guides, and webinars, with a focus on clear, persuasive, and audience-tailored writing. Craft content that highlights Tealium’s real-time data orchestration platform and CDP capabilities.

  • Develop detailed technical content, including diagrams, architecture overviews, and integration guides, to educate technical audiences (e.g., IT, data engineers, developers) on the platform’s capabilities. Translate these concepts into simplified, value-focused messaging for marketing and business users (e.g., CMOs, marketing managers).

  • Create differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with both technical and business audiences, emphasizing the value of Tealium’s platform in solving complex data challenges.

  • Plan and deliver webinars, technical demos, and customer-facing presentations to showcase product features and benefits. Engage in conversations with customers, addressing both technical and business needs with confidence.

  • Equip sales teams with clear, concise collateral and training to communicate Tealium’s value proposition and address technical and business questions.

  • Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to understand platform capabilities, provide customer feedback, and influence product roadmap priorities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  • 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or technology company. Experience with CDPs, data orchestration, or marketing technology is a plus. Prior experience in technical or software development roles is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to create compelling blog posts, technical documentation, and business-oriented content that resonates with diverse audiences. Experience in long-form and short-form content creation is essential.

  • Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, and real-time data processing. Ability to create technical diagrams and explain complex concepts in both detailed and simplified terms.

  • Comfortable communicating with technical roles (e.g., developers, IT, data engineers) and business roles (e.g., marketing leaders, executives), tailoring content and conversations to their needs.

  • Experience leading webinars, delivering technical presentations, and engaging in customer-facing conversations with confidence and clarity.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Tealium’s platform or similar technologies (e.g., Tag Management, Data Integration, or CDPs like Segment, mParticle, or Adobe) is highly desirable.
